PennTech • The Company

PennTech Machinery Corporation was founded in 1992. In the early 1990s the company offered a medium to high output rotary vial washer, the RW-1150 and a dual trayloader, model TL-200. Since that time, success in performance and reliability has led to an ever increasing and diverse product line. In the late nineties PennTech developed the RW-800 the industries only medium throughput (specific) continuous rotary vial washer, and then in 2002 the RW-500, the worlds smallest continuous vial washer designed specifically for low throughput pharmaceutical/biotech products. In addition, PennTech has developed a single tray trayloader, the TL-100, as well as a fully automatic sterilization tunnel loading machine, model TP-4. In early 2004, the company completed a series of fully automatic and semi-automatic lyophilizer loading systems. PennTech is also slated to introduce a revolutionary filling machine (specifically for paranterals) and external vial decontamination machine within the 2009 timeframe.

PennTech-Tofflon was formed as a joint venture between Tofflon (Shanghai) and PennTech Machinery Corporation. PennTech-Tofflon is the North American sales and service arm of world renowned Tofflon, the worlds largest manufacturer of freeze dryers.
